Ostrich and Macadamia Nut Butter Pasta

One of our loyal customers recently shared his delicious Ostrich and Peel's Macadamia Nut Butter Pasta recipe with us and it is just so good we couldn't resist sharing it with you all.  It's the perfect meal for a cozy night in or if you feel like whipping up an impressive dish for your friends - trust us, give it a go!

• 500g ostrich cubes
• 5 – 6 medium-sized courgettes
• 1 onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2 1/2 tablespoons of Peel's Macadamia Nut Butter
• Paprika
• Steak-seasoning
• 1/2 cup of milk
• Salt and pepper
• 250g pasta of your choice
• Chop the onion finely along with the garlic.
• Chop the courgettes into chucky cubes.
• Season the ostrich cubes with steak seasoning and salt and pepper.
• Fry the onion, garlic and courgettes until soft. Add the ostrich cubes and brown them. Add the Peel's Macadamia Nut Butter and milk and stir until consistent. Add some paprika to taste depending on how spicy you like it. Leave to simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.
• In the meantime boil the pasta. When the pasta is ready and strained stir in the sauce in the pot and serve. Enjoy!
